Met a friend here and was greeted by very attentive staff. Came to give menus and take orders quickly and professionally. I only had an orange juice but was immensely fresh and served very quickly. I saw others eating and the food looked incredible.
Lovely cafe with excellent service. 2 small tables outdoor if you prefer Al fresco dining- perfect for a sunny afternoon. We had brunch here which was good. Not many options for vegetarians or vegans (most veggie substitutes are with halloumi)
The place itself is lovely, the décor is great. But the owner/manager needs to work on his customer service. He is quite rude, and makes you feel as if you have to order quickly, and get out quickly. The premium prices that you have to pay for the tiny drinks if abysmal, especially if the customer service is not great. I unfortunately will not be going back again.

Horrible service. The head chef/owner is an extremely rude individual, who doesn't understand the second thing about customer service. Reached the cafe at 2:32pm with a guest of mine who had travelled from far and we were refused a sandwich because the kitchen had apparently closed at 2:30pm but it was evident the kitchen was fully operational as food was being prepared in the background. The moment you walk in everything is a NO, meaning it's my way or the high way. This is the second time this has happened. Safe to say I will not be visiting this place again and there are plenty of places around who serve far better food and coffee accompanied with excellent service.
Delicious brunch and wonderful service. We had the halloumi and avocado on toast and the big breakfast, both of which we'd recommend!
Recently attended a 'Beer and Curry' night and I must say, it was excellent. The offering of local, craft ales is astounding as well as mixing it in with some old favourites. Their determination to stick with local produce has definitely shone through here - with local wines and gins being offered too! The atmosphere is one of gentle camaraderie and would be perfect for small events and functions as private hire. Thoroughly impressed.
Best cafe around, smaller choice than before for lunch but same stuff we always have is top notch.
