   Always such a pleasure to come in when I'm passing. Coffee never disappoints and food is always wonderful. Though I get them less often, I do enjoy their cakes and pastries. All staff are so pleasant and kind. Thank you as always.

   Had possibly the worse cappuccino in the history of cappuccino here, on the rare occasions I have visited the coffee has never been good hence the rare visits always bitter with a burnt undertone. There are far better coffees close by.

   USE HERSHAM CAFE 1 minute away. Just be aware that one of the staff in this place is unprofessional and should not be working with the public. I waited 9 minutes to collect a preorder collection that should have been ready 4 minutes ago. I asked the lady how long my order will take. WELL IT COULD BE 1 minute 2 minutes 10 minutes, I have others to serve. Its funny because I let the Q finish before I asked HOW EVER LONG IT TAKES.

   Slow queue. A plug in the corner isn't working as of December 2023 (wasn't working in November either). If really like it if they checked and repaired their plugs. Friendly staff, though, and they keep it warm and comfortable!

   The staff was very unkind, I asked to have the bread which was obviously the sweets in the showcase, but said, this is not available, how come the bread not available is still kept in the showcase ? The staff served the person behind me who is ordering while watching smartphone, he asked to have same bread, then served him very carely asking if he needs paper towel or not, very sad, I never visit again here, bad staffs, discrimination, no respect. I realized there are a lot of bad reviews.

   I am a loyal costumer for costa. However, some of the staff required a few more hospitality trainings, and learn to how to handle in certain/some situations, and how fast or pro-active he/she needs to be when working in a busy environment for both physically and mentally. Therefore, Drinks are great but some need a few practices, not all staff make good drinks. The place is big & wide, plenty of space, but staff are lazy, moody, and unable remain cleanliness.

   The staff could definitely use some basic hospitality training Could smile and pretend to like the job they're in. Not cheap beverages so shouldn't be cheap. Experience is getting worse over time

   Be warned! Check your bill at this Costa (Hersham). I have been charged full price for sandwiches that were marked 50% off and for the drinks instead of 3.80 each (price on the board) ive been charged 4 pounds each. When pointing out the mistake, staff was rude, lifting eyebrows and rolling eyes. Also ive had better drinks at other Costa's, this ones were very sweet and thats about it, not much flavor.
