Amazing customer service with an older gentleman who works there had issue with card and was very considerate waiting. Entertained my son too. Very lovely will come again
Perfect place to sit and grab a coffee with very tasty food and incredibly friendly staff. You can tell the staff work hard and try their best to master their craft. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for making my day a little better Nero :)
The staff is friendly but the place needs more looking after. Even though the place is hoovered (we were there near closing time and saw them doing it) the cafe is overall very dirty. It really needs them to call a cleaning company and do a deep clean. Sofas are dirty, cushions rather old and tatty. tables dirty, which makes the experience not enjoyable as much. The tea selection was quite limited, with only peppermint, Earl Grey, chamomile, and red fruits available, while most places typically offer options like ginger and lemon or chai. Additionally, they didn’t even have lemon slices for the Earl Grey.
Very relaxing with outdoor smoking area in the back. Also plenty of books to choose from and enjoy. Staff were incredibly kind and professional

Really nice cafe friendly staff but I really wish that people wouldn’t hog seats before they have been served. A sign requesting this would be really helpful.
Sadly I had the worst oat Chai Latte here :( I had the first sip and thought this was only milk, plus had no foam… for my surprise I threw away the liquid and noticed the Chai syrup was stuck all at the bottom of the cup which is why my only 2 sips were milk alone. Plus paid £4.1 for the worst drink… obviously I had already left the place and couldn’t go back and ask for another one. Staff was okay (from queuing to paying) but would expect a proper drink after paying more than average

Oustanding coffee! Any coffee kind, from espresso to any combo. Cappucino is perfect, the foam is the way I love. Great service and cosy atmosphere.
You can depend on their coffee being good and there's usually a few tables free. Pleasant staff and dog friendly. The entrance, from traffic-free West Street, is wheelchair friendly.
