It’s 11am and I just finished my sandwich. Nobody is in the airport except very few people. The waiter comes telling me to remove my leg off the chair (which belongs to my table) and takes it away saying he needs it. Once he took it, he put it away in an enclosed area that’s not accessible. His attitude was very rude and unprofessional.
The day is going to end, and so is my trip. I enjoyed tea with a sandwich, and later, I had fruits and shortbread for dessert. I always have time and enjoy it, even if the sun is not out yet. The staff here are always helpful. I like this cafe at the arrival level. I guess that's why I always return here. Thank you.
Cafe Nero at Terminal 2 in London Heathrow is a beautiful and cozy spot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even better. The prices were affordable, especially for an airport, and the food was good quality. I bought a biscuit that was really nice, and I also got something else (I can’t even remember what it was), but I do remember enjoying it! Overall, it’s a great place to grab a quick bite or coffee while waiting for your flight.
Located inside Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 and is on the right hand side as you leave the arrival hall. We have been here a few times. It’s quite cosy and spacious. Clean and tidy. Great selection of prepared food eg sandwiches, rolls and wraps. A great place for a quick bite especially while waiting for your pick up to arrive. We had coffee and some baked goods. Coffee was fine. Suitable for all age groups. Service was quick and easy. Public toilets are just next door.
Coffe was good only one of the staff was rude she didn’t even say sorry or excuse me,it says please queue both sides and when it was my turn she said I am not serving you! You’re not on my line what’s different ?
The best coffee shop you can find in an airport. Delicious coffee, good food options.

Avoid at all cost! Sunday 13th November, 6:45 am. One of the employees wearing a face mask had clear symptoms of something that could easily be COVID-19, flu or similar… didn’t stop coughing, sneezing, and talking about his colleagues about how poorly he was feeling… He took no precautions on handling my coffee and food (which I ended jetting to the trash). No gloves or any care whatsoever, when he handed me the coffee his hand was fully covering the drinking hole… I was in a hurry to catch my train but I should have stayed and complaint, and get my money back!
