Tuesday 23rd December 2025. Terminal 5 Heathrow at Gate C 63. Two servers in attendance. Both talking, almost arguing with one another as we walked up. Had to wait for a break in their conversation to place an order. Once they took the order we had to wait again until they finished another spirited conversation. Not the best service.
I asked for a quad shot espresso. Lady went to try a bigger cup, I said no as squad shot espresso should be in a small cup muttered rudely under her breath. This is not an espresso it’s a long black. Disappointing!
I was served by the lovely bubly Krishna, customer service is utterly brilliant and the coffee was hot and worth the £££
First of all, I don't see any other food chain other than Starbucks here. Since there are no chains, the crowd was very high. It took almost 25 mins for me to get my turn to place the order. The crew members are quite friendly but the products are very very costly. For a dessert, sandwich and coffee it costed me around $40.00.
I was here 8 am 11/24 and a customer was paying with cash and needed .60 cents for a purchase. He asked the worker if that was ok because his card was also not working. They said they couldn’t help him which I find a bit ridiculous. I stepped out of line to pay for the customer’s wine and my products. Pay it forward guys come on. You can’t be that much lack of power that you have to be rude. I worked at Starbucks before and that’s not how it works. You make a customer happy if you can. You can manage .60 out of your register.
Raj was very helpful and friendly! My latte arrived quickly. Customer service can be challenging in the wee morning when travelers are cranky. This location handled with grace.
Only two very nice ladies serving. Took around 10 mins to get a latte and sandwich. Lots of seating area since ot wasn't busy at the time I was there. Some food choices available but even for a Airport its really expensive. Located next to the gates so convenient but still the prices are unjustifiable.
