   Very quiet and not busy. Staff not very welcoming. Order 2 americanos. These were not great. Breakfast arrived and the lady slammed them down on the table without speaking. Food wasn't great. Don't think I will be back.

   I had a very disappointing experience at the Tesco Extra restaurant in Feltham today (8th July 2025). I only had a 40-minute lunch break and placed my order with what I believed was plenty of time to eat in. However, the food still wasn’t ready by the time my break was nearly over. When I asked to cancel the order due to the delay, the staff insisted it was “being prepared” and would be ready shortly. A young gentleman responded with attitude, saying “we are busy,” without even the courtesy of an apology or any prior notice that there would be a delay. By the time the food was finally ready, my entire lunch break had been wasted. I ended up five minutes late returning to work — and didn’t even have time to eat. Extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially in a place where many customers are likely on tight schedules. There was no sense of urgency and no effort to make things right. I won’t be returning. Poor service, unprofessional attitude, and no regard for customers’ time.

   Awful customer service with staff on mobile phone ( Taufiq I think his name was) on the shop floor and mediocre food. Genuinely uninterested, no hello, welcome or any sort of welcoming. Makes such a difference who is on duty, I was here previously and the 2 woman made an excellent environment and had fantastic customer service with a smile and see they genuinely were enjoying themselves.

   Went for the first time for a random breakfast. Wow, was not disappointed as you all can see. I got also a Strawberry Frappe. There are lots of choices. The ladies there are Aliza and Suzy Manager. You can also see how the Frappe was made in the pictures. Well done. And enjoy you all when you go. Thanks.

   I was desperate to have an English Breakfast outside of the home. Popped into this Tesco Cafe thinking it would be of a decent price/ quality ratio. Ended up costing me £12.60 for 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast, 1 hash, 1 portion of baked beans and 1 haloumi cheese. This totalled around £6.15. The latte cost £3.55 along with a kids meal that cost about £2.60. The latte was a rip off and the breakfast overall was very standard. The service, although welcoming and friendly was slow. Many tables were littered for the entire duration of our visit (over 45 minutes). All tables had crumbs and signs of not being cleaned. Avoid this place.

   extremly awful experience. had to wait 2 hours for our food and the workers were flirting with the customers. they should just sell coffee. that tesco should just hire young people who can actually work at a good speed instead of old people who flirt with young customers.i am never going to go there ever again
