Great sushi and on the go options. I did not get a chance to try their soups or entrees but they looked delicious. A great option for a quick meal as you’re traveling
I visited this chain restaurant again because it has a lot of strange fusion dishes, but they are so-so delicious. This time it was clear noodles in soup. It was like a Vietnamese or Thai-style instant miso soup with edamame,it was of a quality that would be good once in a while.
During my visit to the exclusive British Airways area at London airport, I discovered Itsu — and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Amid the rush, I found an oasis of calm, elegant design, and healthy food. The variety of breakfasts, snacks, and drinks was beautifully presented, radiating freshness and well-being. The service was impeccable, and the modern, minimalist decor completed an experience that exceeded all expectations. One detail I found especially chic was the invitation to take a paper bag to store leftovers and deposit them in their containers, with no extra charge. A simple gesture, yet full of intention: practical, eco-friendly, and stylish. Without a doubt, it’s the most pleasant food franchise I’ve ever enjoyed while traveling.
I ordered a chicken noodle bowl and miso soup, and I really liked it. I paid around £13 and was satisfied. It was tasty and filling. I definitely recommend it if you enjoy this type of cuisine.
I had a lovely time at Itsu Heathrow until they closed up and then started bagging up remaining good stuff for airport staff and then throwing all the leftover food away without offering to any of the folks around them (we were boarding a flight). When i asked them about it staff were rude and dismissive. Sad.
Tastes really awful - the noodles have no flavor and the chicken is almost gross.
This was definitely good enough for airport food. The dumplings, udon Thai noodles, and sushi were definitely acceptable and hit the spot for a group of tired, hungry travelers.
Great atmosphere, sushi wasn't that great, felt not freshly made.
