    Most horrible experience on the counter Got a coffee and wanted to get a bar. Girl on the counter was very impolite and gave contradictory statements. I paid 4 pounds by cash and wanted to pay by card remaining for the bar. She refused to give me my change back and take rest by card as she said minimum card payment is 1 pound Initially she said she can do it and then got confused and refused to serve me. The management has to step in as their place will go down more.

    was visting VFS and thought of having a coffee and snack . prices are too high . avoid . apart from sweet girl behind the counter , nothing was impressive

    Too expensive! The chai latte was just okay. The prices need to be reasonable 9/10£ for a panini ?? How do you justify that? Except for taking advantage of the situation of people who have no other option in the building. Much rather buy from the shops across the street which offer snacks and hot drinks at half the price.

    I went to VISTA center Hounslow to sort out my Indian visa, guess what I found a very beautiful coffee shop located at the ground floor of the building. The staff was informative and helpful. A good quality coffee and very nice selection of food.
