   Excellent customer service I had a nice experience at this outlet today. I was trying to use my Costa Coffee gift card and was having trouble at the till, but the gentleman at the counter and his manager were incredibly patient and kind. They gave me plenty of time to try and resolve the issue and even moved other customers to another counter so no one was delayed. In the end, I couldn’t get the card to work, but what really stood out was their attitude — calm, respectful, and truly customer-focused. It’s rare to see such thoughtful service these days in a busy coffee shop.

It’s great to see Costa at Heathrow Terminal 4 back in action after a period of refurbishment – and what a comeback it is! The newly reopened branch feels like a completely different experience. The design strikes a unique balance between retro charm and a sleek, futuristic vibe, making it feel more like a premium spot in an upscale shopping centre than a typical airport coffee shop. The space is now noticeably bigger and more open, with significantly more seating to accommodate travellers looking to relax before a flight. The layout is clean and well thought out, and the addition of self-ordering kiosks is a fantastic touch – making the process quicker and more convenient during those busy airport hours. Service was friendly, and despite the fresh reopening, the team seemed to be running things smoothly already. Whether you’re after a quick caffeine fix or a comfortable place to unwind, the new Costa at T4 is a huge improvement and well worth a visit. Great job on the transformation!

   Such a nice! Good way experiencing drinking coffee the journey a head much like the journey of life. It sometimes in life is good idea to rest and enjoy coffee. It help if it is at a costa (del sol would be even better). The Tuna Melt was as much tuna as is was melt. Much coffee goodness safe flight!!

   I often find myself in Terminal 4 and invariably end up at Costa. The staff are always friendly and attentive and the service is good even in busy times. Keep up the sterling work, which I'm sure can be thankless at times, and Bravo!
