   I flew on 19/9 , I am really impressed by 3 ladies specially Malaika who was on the till she is absolutely professional and has stunning skills of upselling, she is polite and very caring towards customers needs. She took 3 orders after my order and passed on the order to her collegues Edrishia and Ana so we'll making sure they are aware of what drinks they are making and for which customers. I realized that thier only 1 coffee machine was working and the other one was down!!! Ladies you were rocking. I guess Malaika can really handle her team well . Her leadership qualities are really super good. I would prefer to fly from T4 just to see this young ladies giving in thier best.

   No greeting, awful service. I had to wait for some water that never came because it wasn't followed by an order. I love Costa but the barista Idal made me think about it. He was the worse!

   It was quite busy and you could tell the staff were rushed off their feet. I was served my Michelle and she was so lovely and apologetic that I had to wait a bit. I didn't mind as I could see they were busy. Probably don't get enough recognition for their hard work so thank you very much. The food was nice and hot and my drink was refreshing.

   Your usual Costa coffee, no complaints. There was plenty of seating and despite being busy we were served quickly. The staff were very friendly and can tell they were good at their jobs, keeping up their standards even though they are serving people constantly.

   The Costa Coffee cafe in the departure hall of Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 offers you a pleasant view of the airport, where you can see the planes take off while enjoying a drink, sandwich or dessert. The range of food and drinks was huge. You have to order at the counter, even though there were a lot of people, orders were still taken quickly and the order was served quickly. My family and I sat at a table near the window where the view was amazing. Large seating area and most tables have charging ports. The room was quite clean. The service was excellent, both behind the counter and in the hall where they walked and cleaned.

   I ordered a flat white and it was horrible. It did not taste like a flat white it tasted like milk with a coffee flavor. Even the size of the cup was too big of a flat white. On top of that, it did not derve its expensive price AT ALL! Don't make the mistake of coming here even if you're tired.

   Price is expected...standard for franchise COSTA. But staff is extremely not courteous when cleaning the area while customers are still around. The shop is 24/7 and we were sitting in the shop while the staff was making all sort of banging and noises as if wanting to ask us to leave. Very rude!!!
