   Hi I just came here today to say that Kiran who was working around 3:45pm - 4pm was so good as his job! He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.

   I ordered a ICED honey oat latte online, and when my order came it was a HOT drink, not what I ordered, the receipt said iced but yet I did not in fact receive a iced latte. I don't like hot drinks. I urge you to read your orders next time

   Customer service was fine, coffee was fine but the place is dirty. Real big put off. An establishment selling food and drinks should be clean. There were so many areas I spotted that were dusty and filthy.

   Came in to have a meeting with my friend. Before order decided to wash my hands. Met (as he introduced himself) a manager who didn’t allow me to use toilet, moreover he was very rude with very limited understanding of customer service. Treated me as I’m a homeless man came to use their toilets. When my friend arrived we left to Pret opposite. After such horrible treatment at Nero would never go there again.

   At the beginning of the this week I went to this store for a coffee after a long day of shopping and saw. Very happy with the service and quality of coffee served. The gentleman and women girl working were really nice and respectful to all customers, however an ignorant costumer who was confused of his order wanted to create problems and wanted to argue with the lady. The lady was very polite and respectful and offered him free coffee despite him being a d..k...d.

   I had the best experience here! The barrista was amazing! He made me the best Frap ever and when he saw that I was having trouble eating the cream with the straws he personally came and brought me a teaspoon. He was incredibly smiley and cheered my day! Would definitely recommend this Nero!
