   I am the frequent customer, I would like to complain about the staff, First of all, I came here so many times and the staffs are also nice, yesterday, have visited here before 2pm and my place didn’t have any sign of reserved table, but yesterday I experienced something really bad from the Indian or Bangladesh woman staff, there were 1 group of people that wanted to book at 2pm and they forced me to move, she shouted at me like when my customer come you need to move, I said to her I have been sitting before 2pm and She said okay, next time when you sit about 5 hours, Im gonna charge you every hour, the thing is, right there have so many tables but this uneducated staff forced me to leave. The other group who reserved the table even didn’t order for food and I ordered for food and ice americano, please train your staff to have manner in the cafe because, I was in a meeting talk with someone, she didn’t even say sorry and just shouted at me, if I visited the cafe and didn’t buy coffee and food, then its different cases but I bought food and I frequently came to the cafe, not even like everyday, Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. These laws protect customers who have been misled, treated unfairly, or sold faulty goods or substandard services I will sue her if she behaves not in a proper way again. I will come again, let see how much this woman gonna charge, I dare to see her face next time, the first time I have been treated so bad, so abuse of power, this woman doesn’t even know how to make ice americano properly, I ordered for ice americano the other day, she gave me hot americano, then I asked her that I ordered for ice americano, like you know the small white mug with small plate for hot americano she just put ice on it, . Luckily another staff understood and made the new one for me

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Amazing Experience!** I visited this café today and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨
