   Came in the store and saw a long queue of about 8-10 people at the cashier, so I decided to use the new kiosk to order food and coffee. By the time my order was ready to collect, the barista and cashier gave my food with a threat. Telling me I shouldn't have ordered on the kiosk if I was buying food as I, the customer should bring my sandwich to them to heat up, otherwise they will not serve me next time. It was very rude! Me and my child will not come here again with the rest of my family.

   My name is aman Bhatti I visited Costa coffee in the evening at 16:30 in Hounslow high Street.it was such a shocking behavior faced in the costa coffee Hounslow high Street.it is so shocking for me such a fabulous organization costa hired such an rude representative Punjabi girls who were talking in the Punjabi about the customers and even behave so rudely with the customers and also pretended that you can complain about us.No body can ask about our behaviour in that organization.

   Customer service zero! Cashier Terri doesn't evan know how to say hello to the female customers ! She is too comfortable up there and need to been given job chat .!Also she how to learn how to apply wipped cream to the chocolate. Disgusting!

   Staff seem eager to not make you come back. Service extremely slow, tables are always dirty. Most staff members have not been taught customer service skills, do not like being told how you want your coffee; if you ask for a certain temperature for your milk, they would add cold milk on the brew spoiling the texture, and they're always changing staff so being charged to getting your brew is a much longer process than it should be. I've seen some badly run Costas before, this is right at the top of the list.

   Customer service is absolutely rubbish now, their seem to be new people in this shop and have no clue of how to serve customers. One of the girls who didn’t allow me to take her name (seem to be the store manager) was very rude and loud. I asked one the other girls to serve, however she did not allow them to do so I left the shop. Costa coffee should focus on hiring people who are truly willing to work as well as train them on how to behave with the customers.

   This is the outlet at the western end of the High Street. It's very spacious and clean, including the toilets, and you're served fast and efficiently. The staff is upbeat and helpful, which makes a welcome change. And the coffees are made very well too. Well done! Keep it this way!!
