   Recently, I started coming to this Starbucks, and for some time now I’ve noticed that there’s no vegan whipped cream available for Frappuccinos. They also don’t offer an alternative – even though I know it can be done, because I’ve seen it prepared in other locations, even right in front of me. Unfortunately, here they simply refuse and say, “we don’t have it,” and that’s it – they leave the customer on their own with no solution. That’s why I’ve decided to stop coming to this Starbucks. I can’t consume dairy, and vegan whipped cream is important to me – and sadly, it’s being completely overlooked here.

   Good service, quick polite and friendly, spacious and not overcrowded. Tables are regularly cleaned and from several seats there are good views out to the high street which is cool. Customers tiwards the inside have coffee and have laotops to the outside there is coffee and conversation. It works. It is dpg friendly with a bowl juat inside the door but that isnt ice fir non doggy people. Aa they come in droves and it is off putting . Maybe adding this to the outside of the sbop would be better.

   Starbucks restaurant/cafe appears very clean. The place has a warmth, a cosiness with some armchairs with space and quiet around them the first things you encounter. Then the chairs and tables section and the counter. Everything slightly dark but warm, neat and organized, almost like a child with little toys lined up. The coffee prices are mostly around £4 . You decide if that is reasonable. There are bottles of water, also neatly stacked, and some small food items available. Staff seem correctly busy with customers and attentive, young and keen. Quite nice and inviting if that's what you like.

   Wasn't too impressed when they were about to use a disposable cup but they did let me have a ' proper cup' when I questioned it. The fact that milk is added straight away is an issue as tea requires brewing before adding milk.

   Horrible service! Drink tasted really off. If I had this drink everyday I think I would know when it doesn’t taste right. When going up to mention this, the member of staff was very rude and wasn’t bothered to make another drink nor apologetic. She thought it was okay to shout for everyone to hear and made me feel like I’m not allowed to ask for another drink if it’s off. After raising her voice, she decided to pour out the drink with anger and served it in the same mug. If I’ve just told you it’s off, why would you serve the coffee in the same mug? What happened to “customer is always right”. Please get your staff retrained on customer service. So disrespectful!

   Dog friendly cafe. You can take your dog in, sit down for coffee. They even have complementary cup of whipped cream for your dog.
