Great Costa located in Cobham High Street, all that you would expect from a Costa, great coffee, good choice of sandwiches and cakes, plenty of seating with outside seating at the back.
Coffee to a good standard, served professionally. Air conditioning not great, can be hit and miss. Toilets not clean, looked abandoned, fittings loose, no evidence of routine checks. This is the main area where Nero has a big edge over Costa.
Visited for a festive hot chocolate (and toblerone latte in my case) with the family on Christmas eve. Really appreciated being allowed to bring our spaniel in to sit in the back room. Hot drinks delicious and we also tried a white chocolate tiffin slice - pricey but a lovely treat!
Good service & quick has indoor seating! Only bad thing was they mixed up mine and my grandmas coffee. And didn’t add marshmallows when asked for her hot chocolate.
Nice little store, but couldn't use my card to get my free Birthday treat or register purchase. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall a good Costa experience. Seating areas good especially the conservatory. Queues can build up.
