   Rang on a Monday morning with a dramatic break problem with my car, took it in and within an hour the problem had been diagnosed and within a few hours I had my car back. Given it happened on 22.12.25, I didn’t think anybody would be able to help until after Christmas, but I was surprised and thrilled to be sorted and on my way. A lovely team and I am very grateful.

Updating customers with progress if there are issues by phone. Advising me on appropropiate tyres and explaining the cost verses the mileage i actually do per year........saving me money, but keeping us safe. I highly reccommend ATS Euromaster Pensby.

   First time there today and will definitely be the last. I was not sure were to park and drove round to the front and asked were should I go to be greeted by a look of contempt and pointing fingers and the most unwelcoming miserable face ive seen. When I mentioned how terrible his attitude was he came to my car window and I was told if I carry on he wont do my M.O.T. Needless to say after this he wasnt anyway . I then went to speak to the manager to report him and as I was talking/explaining what had happened this arragant person who treated me so appalling decide to interupt my conversation with the manager and try to blame me....how un professional... but to be honest the manager didnot care really. I would like to see the big tough streak of misery treat a man like this. Appalling customer service.

   Disappointing service from ATS, they once used to be a great garage. Lacked equipment/confidence or motivation to do a simple exhaust job. I would suggest looking elsewhere unless you want basics doing such as tyres/Aircon regas etc.
