   Now that there is a new Manager (George) and team in place the store is once again a great place to visit. It is not as busy as it used to be but nevertheless it's a relaxing place to chill out and have a coffee.

   Got there at 6:10 the guy said they were closed. I thought ok fair enough he’s already shut the machines but literally after I left someone else walks in and I see them serving him. All I wanted was a hot chocolate for my wife and he couldn’t be bothered to make it. Can’t lie, shutting shop early is tragic it shows absolutely no respect for the customers or the company.

   Horrid, unfriendly, unsmiley staff. If you hate the job, don’t do it, but don’t condescend to us. They don’t seem to have any idea of how important it is to the paying customer to get a perfect cup of coffee. Both baristas’ attitude led me to get out of my happy place and descend into their negative mentality.

   Always a fantastic experience at this Cafe Nero, lovely indoor and outdoor setting, there hasn't been a drink that had been made in a rush. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure your beverage is of the highest quality. Whenever you have a moment, whenever you're in the area, give yourself a local break at this coffee shop.

   Nice service and the coffee is good, but never seem to have enough staff to keep the place clean! Dirty tables throughout the cafe and dirty toilets too. Really offputting unfortunately
