   I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to in this case. The sale of our property was dealt with by Amelia Sokolowska who was a credit to Prosperity Law. She was effective, efficient and notably differentiated from previous solicitors we have used by her proactive and clear communication with us, which we have not found when using other firms. It was a complex sale due to the property being a new-build and the buyers solicitors unfortunately sent a number of rude and unprofessional emails which Amelia dealt with extremely professionally and persevered to get the sale done. My husband works in property and is now planning on using Amelia for his upcoming transactions. Thank you Amelia.

   We sold our house and purchased one using prosperity Law for both, and when I say we were over the moon with their performance. We really mean this, not only did they deal with every aspect of the sale and purchase. They did this with such professionalism and expertise, Many thanks to all the team especially Gill Bebbington, for her patience, and also helping to explain all the processes step by step. Making our end easily manageable to say the least. We would have no hesitation in turning to prosperity Law again. We were very nervous when we first decided to sell, but how different and confident we felt after Gill and the team helped us to achieve our goal.    As a first time buyer, I've been very pleasantly surprised by the level of service I experienced with Minaa and her colleagues at Prosperity Law. Minaa was a breeze to communicate with via email, and the firm as a whole was easy to reach over the phone. When I had some time-sensitive enquiries shortly before completion, this was a huge help. Unusual or complex aspects of my purchase such as buying a flat with high ground rent and in a tall building with cladding were clearly no problem for Minaa and her colleagues to handle!    Francesca at Prosperity Law was very helpful through the whole of the conveyancing process whilst we were purchasing our apartment in the centre of Manchester. There was a fast response to any emails and she called back promptly when any messages were left with her colleagues.    Fantastic service from Warren Kaye and Gill Bebbington at Prosperity Law. They are the most thorough and efficient conveyancers I have dealt with. Warren chased me up for info that he needed, rather than the other way round. I received regular updates via automated system and by personal email at every stage. They added value by summarising the search findings and making recommendations, rather than simply sending me the search reports. I was able to do it all remotely. This is the way conveyancing should be done. I used them for a sale and a purchase, both of which completely faster than we anticipated. Highly recommend.

   Having used Prosperity Law for both sale and purchase recently we would not hesitate to recommend their services. Warren Kaye dealt with the majority of our file. Warren responded to enquires swiftly to ensure of no delays and was on hand to offer reassurance throughout in what was not a straight forward transaction due to caveats attached to the sale of our property. Warrens attention to detail and client focussed approach were exemplary. In addition to warrens support we also had the pleasure of Gill Bebbington who took us through the final stages of exchange and completion due to Warren being on planned annual leave. Warren had ensured of a smooth handover and Gill was equally attentive in the final stages and available to answer any questions we had. All round a fantastic service.
