Little to no communication. No responses to emails, have to chase and no answer when called or when messages were left. Had the first appointment in January for a document to be drawn up and it still hasn’t been finalised, in October! Very poor service. Would not recommend.
Awful experience dealing with mosshaselhurst processing a relative's will. Had to chase them up multiple times to trigger any action. It would appear we were completely forgotten about for months on end. Ended up contacting executor of will myself to get some documents returned after getting no response from mosshaselhurst. Will was eventually finalised and paid out over 18 months after relative's death. One star is being kind.

Absolutely diabolical service, both me and my late wife trusted these with our wills, as my wife has since passed away I now need access to the document, called on several occasions for nearly a month and no response, just false promises that I will receive a call back. Avoid at all costs.
I've not felt with them, they are actually acting for the other party, but from what I can gather through my house buyer and my solicitor is, a massive lack of communication between staff, a lack of staff able to do other staff members work when they aren't around and a big lack of enthusiasm to get a job done. But like I say they ain't acting for me.
On every occasion that I’ve used moss haselhurst I’ve always been very satisfied with their service. They are all very friendly and helpful, from the ladies on reception, all the legal representatives right through to the partners everyone can’t seem to do enough for you, and when the task is completed and it’s time to pay the bill it always seems such very good value, no matter how much work has been done or how much I’ve managed to complicate things! :-) I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
