    Not impressed so far Unfortunately, our experience to date has not been great. Communication has been very poor, with little to no proactive updates. We were expecting much better from this company, particularly given their reputation. They are managing the purchase of an empty property for my son, who is a first-time buyer, so we had hoped the process would be straightforward and well supported. So far, that hasn’t been the case, and the lack of communication has been disappointing.
