From the onset I was put at ease and a plan formulated to address the issues in a truthful, professional and forthright manner. The efficiency in prompt communication and attention to detail in following this set plan by Caroline, with Debbie and Carol in support at the Butcher and Barlow LLP Northwich Office was the primary key to win the case. It is acknowledged that delays can take the ‘wind out of the sails of a case and lose momentum and flounder.
