   I came in with a few things in my hand alongside my 6 year old. Iryna was serving us and was incredibly considerate. Once she saw the toast was for my daughter she asked if we'd preffer it to be not as hot which was brilliant. She even offered us a bag to carry all the little bits we had in our hands. Honestly, such a good service. A good way to start my morning. Thank you Iryna!

   The shop needs a bit of cleaning. The sofas are very dirty, they could do a bit of upgrade given that this is big American corporate company making huge profits and giving out big bonuses to the big bosses. Baristas made an effort and served nice flat white so bonus for them.

   The two guys working tonight at 1830 were so friendly and efficient I was very impressed. This Starbucks is also very clean throughout. Lovely caramel latte piping hot I really enjoyed it.

   they keep scamming me I payed 4.70 for a strawberry açai that was supposed to be grande but I asked for no ice since it’s cold they said they would glove a little less so I thought it would be fine but they gave me half of a small cup.They also lied on the Starbucks app I saw they had the pink coconut refresha and when I asked for it they told me they didn’t have it even though I had it yesterday, yesterday when I got the drink the whole cup was filled with ice and when I got to the bus stop the drink was finished after 2/3 small sips.however the coffees/ frappes are amazing.

   Always my go to for coffee, some staff can be kind of judgy about your orders.. for example I asked for less ice and the woman scoffed saying it needed that amount of ice. Besides that I almost always sit outside which is normally accompanied by nice locals who also sit outside. Good coffee and nice vibes.. only problem is staff but apart from that it's amazing :)
