Nice, quiet café with a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered a chai latte, which was well made and enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the stuffed croissant I ordered. The menu description suggested it was vegetarian, but the barista later asked if I wanted one with salami—which was confusing. On looking closer, I noticed the label mentioned “salami/veg,” but it wasn’t immediately clear. What concerned me more was that the croissants with and without meat were placed together on the same tray. This really put me off, as I would expect better separation between vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. When I asked if a fresh one could be made separately, the chef declined, which was disappointing. My advice to the owner: please be more considerate of vegetarian and vegan customers by clearly labelling items and keeping meat and non-meat products stored separately—ideally on different trays.

Disappointed with my recent experience. I've bought a bag of coffee which was grinded in the shop. When I got home I've noticed that a high percentage of the content was coffee beans shells (20-30%). This coffee was Peruvian, medium roast. You can see from the photo some light brown pellets. I have used before medium roast coffee but I've never seen these shells (husks) present. The coffee has a good flavour but seems to be of inferrior quality. I'm very disappointed since I've paid 10£ for a bag. I've gone back to the shop to complain about it but I was not offered a voucher or a refund, instead I've just received instructions on how to prepare coffee. While my preparation method may not be perfect, there isn't much one can do if you don't have good quality coffee.

Popped into this café for a takeaway flat white, and it was great. The coffee was smooth, and really well made—one of the better ones I’ve had recently. Definitely a great spot if you’re after a quality cup on the go. I’ll be back to try more from their menu for sure!

The coffee and the cakes are very taste . The place overall is okay . The downside of the coffee shop the staff dont clean the tables when the customers leave , which is very bad when it comes to hygiene. So we end up seating in a table with stains of coffee from previous customers .

Best flat white coffee I've had in a while. Delicious, creamy and aromatic. Real treat. The customer service is personable, friendly and efficient. If you find yourself in Shepherds Bush in need of pick me up, you won't regret stopping by.

We ordered an Latte and Mocha which are both great in taste. I like coffee with texture. We also bought a single origin bean for hand dripping at home. It tastes so good that we finished the whole bag in two weeks. Sure I will come here again to grab a coffee and some beans.
