Dirty tea cups, replacement cup was also dirty had to ask them to wash by hand. Staff unattentive, forgot my part of my friends order, took so long to bring clean cup tea was cold. Had to get up several times to go to counter, even though the place was not busy. I think they forgot we were even there. Charged extra for something without informing of extra charge at point of offering it, owner very rude when this was pointed out..no wonder the place was not busy...food is overpriced and average.

Staff were great, smile and friendly. Would've preferred a choice of lattes. Omelette was soggy, swimming in water/oil possibly from the salad which was disappointing for the price. It was nice to sit outside with the wonderful views and also see the range of art collection inside.

Absolutely love this place. Full of arts (Tags will be there to buy If interested). We sat at the last table with view. There is option to sit outdoor. Freshly made hot scone with cream/Jam was heavenly. Hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows was simply superb. Staff were very friendly. Entrance was filled with lot of arts. Must visit place on Harrow on the hill. Parking is on the street. Plenty of street parking.

Update: went back after two weeks and got the vegan roasted veggies crepe with the homemade scotch bonnet sauce. Absolutely divine! ....Most glorious hidden cafe with delicious vegan Carribbean hot chocolate! The view is amazing and you can also enjoy a plethora of art! I'm definitely going back for food. We sat outside and it was stunning.

Revisited this cafΓ© as I had a pleasant experience previously. The atmosphere and location are great and the staff are still just as friendly. I tried their Half English Breakfast this time and didn't have any complaints about the quality of food. The prices may seem quite high but I think it's to be expected somewhat for the location and that it seems to be an independently run cafΓ©. I would happily visit again for a calm, pleasant experience. Everything about it makes you forget that you are situated in London.

Not great. Very overpriced for what you get. Youβd think if they charge such high prices they would source good quality fresh ingredients, not from Tescoβs. Service okay, wasnβt expecting much when we walked in and were told to find a table ourselves as the two girls chatted, but friendly and quick to bring food. Also charged for extra ham but didnβt actually get the ham, so chef doesnβt seem to read the orders properly. Β£41.50 for two omelettes, a latte and a chocolate milkshake. I would return for coffee but not food again.

I love this coffee shop, because it has a wonderful atmosphere, the food is great and the customer service is excellent. Every time when we visited this coffee shop, we always received kindness, great food, and fast service. 5+ star, definitely will come back.

Always a pleasure to go to Battles. The staff are friendly and the food is really lovely (great coffee too). Served always with a smile. It's like a little bit of France in Harrow. Very relaxed atmosphere and it's doggy friendly! What I love most is they give opportunities for local teens and young people to work where other businesses may not, so not just a great cafΓ© but a small business supporting the young people of the local community and give them a stepping stone to their working life. What's not to like ! Andrew, Pandora and the team get 5 stars.

Food was amazing. The crepe and eggs and mushrooms, I loved them and would easily rate them 10/10. On the other hand, the drinks were not as good at all, 2/5. Chocolate drink barely sweet and quite mild in taste, flat white coffee was closer to white americano with a bit of foam. I would expect more quality for a hefty bill of Β£50 for 2+2.
