Booked for a Collect and Return service. Didn't show up and didn't call either to let me know they wouldn't be bothering. Nobody answering the phone when I called them. Avoid!

Great for Electric Vehicles. Had an inspection service done here for my EV. Nice team and a pleasant cafe across the road to use whilst you wait.
No special service, just a standard MOT requirement. Communications disjointed, short of parking space. A good operational system and management of site needs looking at… Front office reception/operations needs attention. Not impressed.

Made false promises after bringing our car in for a warranty claim diagnosis. Very disappointed as the windscreen leak continues to damage our car after waiting weeks!!! All it required was sharing the diagnosis, yet nothing actioned after 3 calls and 2 emails
