The customer service at this Costa is genuinely shocking. I came in as a paying customer, but the staff spoke to me with an attitude that was rude, unnecessary, and completely out of proportion. Instead of creating a welcoming café environment, they acted like they were looking for problems. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behaviour in a Costa before, and after today, I won’t be returning. Plenty of other cafés in the area actually know how to treat people with respect.

At a time when there is more choice with new coffee chains and independents opening, Costa in general is losing its shine! In this branch the furniture is filthy, lack of lunch time deals with everything very expensive but lacking the clean, premium feel it once had.

I have visited this branch of Costa Coffee three times in the past two weeks out of necessity, and unfortunately, each interaction at the till left me feeling uncomfortable. On three separate occasions, I was served by two ladies (appearing to be Eastern European) who were consistently rude. As a Muslim woman who wears the scarf, I couldn’t help but notice a stark difference in how they interacted with the British white customers ahead of me compared to how they spoke and behaved when it was my turn. This is the first time I have experienced something like this in the UK, and it was both upsetting and disappointing. I do not make these comments lightly, nor am I here to accuse anyone unfairly, but the pattern is clear enough to raise concern. I hope Costa will take this as constructive feedback and ensure that all staff receive proper training to treat every customer with equal respect. We all pay the same for our coffee, and we all deserve the same courtesy.

Nice quite Branch of Costa. Nicely decorated and relaxed feeling (some of the couches can do with replacement or proper clean) Visited several times and it was never busy. Parking just outside (limited to 2 hours) which is fine if you come for coffee but if visiting B&Q or other shops next door, does not leave time for relaxed coffee. Usual food and coffee offers and service was perfectly fine.

I had the pleasure of visiting Costa Coffee recently, and I must say, the experience was awesome. largely thanks to Geeta, the staff member who assisted me. From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. She was not only professional but also attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed and recommending a new drink that turned out to be absolutely delicious and now it’s my favourite too.All the staff have friendly attitude and it’s clear that they all genuinely cares about providing top-notch customer service. Its truly made my visit memorable…Highly recommend!

Nice place. Coffee has some foam, suggesting it's related recently. Taste like standard Costa coffee.

Long queues this Sunday. I have to do a big shout out to the guy who designed the car park..and put a pillar right where the driver's door opens on the rightmost spot in front of the shop (the spot you see on the main photo in this listing)..genius!
