   First of, bosses if you are reading this give Mo a raise, she has made some truly creative and memorable coffee experiences for me and always serves with such enthusiasm. You have a real winner with you there, so don't let her go! Her latte with caramel cold cream is to die for!! So I personally love having a coffee here but I have some small gripes, not about the staff but the atmosphere itself. If you want good service and a friendly face, this is a great Starbucks. All the staff work hard and serve with pleasure, the drinks are always good and they are very willing to customise any little extra touches. My main issue with this Starbucks is actually the sheer lack of vibes, every time I go here to have a quiet moment to study, there are kids running around up and down the escalators and screaming. Now this alone isn't something I can fault Starbucks for, after all it's not their fault entirely. However on multiple occasions, groups of 10 kids will just come sit on a table near me and not pay for anything. These kids are always disruptive and every time I go it happens without fail. I've had to speak to the manager a number of times to get the kids removed, but I feel frustrated that I need to even ask. This Starbucks needs a zero tolerance on this type of behaviour. It's ruining it for everyone else. After it's happened so much, I'm not going to return here anymore..@starbucks corporate, you need to provide these guys with security in your coffee shop. It's not fair on your workers to keep having to deal with this problem!! Sort it out or lose business. Apart from this I love it. (Staff are top notch)

   It costs more due to it being a franchise and they do not accept the starbucks app. Plus the doors are opening and closing constantly due to cinema customers so it gets pretty cold in the winter. You're better off going to one of the two Starbucks nearby.

   This is not an official Starbucks. It's not listed in the app. If you order from the app expecting to get your coffee with your cinema visit. You will be disappointed. Starbucks app doesn't make this clear and you will end up wasting your money. The staff clearly know this error as they were not surprised but clearly they do nothing to prevent their customers from being confused and ordering from the wrong location. Ideally they can just add this branch to the app or make it show in the app as not accepting app orders.

   Tables were really sticky and dirty. Some seats were filthy. Mentioned we had free drinks on the app and the barista waited until we were about to pay to tell us we couldn't use them at this location.

   Like an average Starbucks, it's okay. But after ordering a medium pumpkin spice latte I saw it costs £6.30, so that has probably put me off Starbucks for life. C'mon guys, £2 extra for a little bit of syrup? How gullible do you think your customers are?

   Empty store with no queue - Asked for a cappuccino and before the transaction went through or the coffee was made I changed my mind to go for almond milk - the guy called Mourinho angrily snapped at me “you have to tell me what you want before” - I asked him if he was having a bad day - he huffed and puffed and said “no madam I am not!” Unprofessional and out of order - I am a customer and I have the right to be treated with respect and change my mind to what I pay for. Starbucks you need to train and monitor your staff better

   Quick service, friendly staff and a nice quite and comfortable seating area. Had a cheese toastie which was nice but could have been a bit more toasted on both sides. Cuppachino was OK but needed more flavour for me. Still a good place for a quite sit down and drink 8/10
