   In store working 2 lady’s one of them is was busy with coffee making and taking orders and another one just walking around changing the blue paper roal (this need to be done when no have customer) when 3 customer, including me waiting to be serve after 10 minute when she see her colleague is busy with making coffees and coming in and asking how can I help? I just needed one sandwich When is ready She didn’t say anything no smile no nothing just give it to me the sandwich and turn around. Very expensive and very bad customer service.

   Horrible experience! Firstly the server was rude, she charged me dine in prices when I particularly asked for take away. When I pointed out she said it's a small difference. So she was purposely doing it. Secondly, she put very less oat milk, when I told her to put more, she said no. Thirdly, I was charged for 4 coffees when I only ordered 2. The server tricked me to tap my card twice saying the payment didn't go through. I have double payment transactions on my bank statement. Horrible experience, do not recommend! They are cheaters and unprofessional

   This place needs renovation, new sofas, toilets, flooring etc. Costa up the road is much cleaner and comfortable. Nero mobile app is however very good.

   One barista is so rude and unwelcoming. I come here almost everyday and I constantly get a cold approach from her, I have also heard her argue with other members of the staff very loudly while many customers are around (it was very uncomfortable) . The reason I come every day is because its the best coffee in stanmore however.

   honestly the blonde cashier was quite rude. She refused to make two drinks even though on the menu it said that they can be customized. then an another item was out of stock. She had an attitude and seemed like she didn't wanna be there, no customer service skills whatsoever

   Easily the best coffee. Love the app, easy loyalty card points saving method, love ordering as I walk towards the shop, and love the staff in Stanmore and the other branches I frequent - always friendly and dogs welcome! Bonus is the cracker prizes on the app!!

   They have just the best coffee I have tasted. Excellent and friendly service. Red velvet cake was very yummy. Really enjoyed it. Also it was very clean New photos added today vegan chocolate cheesecake tastes better than the normal one and cheese and tomato tostado my new favourite toasty.
