   Staff is just disinterested, you stand there waiting to order while they chat with each other. After they finally acknowledge you its almost as if they re annoyed you re ordering a coffee. Then they make a sorry excuse of a coffee cos they just don't care enough. I get it, they hate their job and hate being there but please a bit of respect for customers who just want a coffee. This is my local costa, just not worth it. Badly made coffee snd staff just daydreaming. Shame.

   Standard costa so all good. Extra star given for the lady who served us as she was on her own but in total control and served us quick. I have been to some with 3 times as many staff who took twice as long.

   Always pleasant and happy staff. Gorgeous little sun trap garden out back. Convenient free half an hour parking (so long as you press green button for a ticket) just across the road. Great to stop for a quick coffee.

   Staff did not acknowledged me while I was standing at the till waiting while he finished his cleaning. it was almost as if I was putting him out by ordering coffee. Appalling customer service, will not use this place again. There is a Cafe Nero just down the road which is much more friendly, go there instead
