   The staff are absolutely fantastic and I can't fault their service. It's Saturday night and We had driven down from Newcastle and our hotel couldn't provide hot milk for me baby. I'd give into this particular Starbucks for hot milk (and a chai latte) and they couldn't have been friendlier and cooperative. Brilliant... I can't say any more. Keep it up!!!

   I went to this starbucks this morning before work, and I was met by two really friendly and welcoming members of staff, Jhaiden and his supervisor Maria. They are so warming and you can see that they really go above and beyond to deliver great customer service and ensure you leave satisfied. The Drinks were amazing! I will definitely be back to request them both for their service! One member of staff in particular though, who had blonde hair in a bun, Ania or Anjia (not sure on spelling), looked so miserable doing nothing to support the other staff on the shop floor. Her face looked like she did not want to be there so for the sake of your customers, put her somewhere in the back next time as it really brings the mood down!

   Received hot food 10 mins before coffee. Was told to wait for coffee at the end of counter. See staff with negative attitude with customer before me and staff answered curtly. I asked where my coffee and tea were and said my food was getting cold, I was told it was coming. The tea was slammed on the counter without a word. The coffee was made by what appeared to be the person in charge and was handed to me ok. This is the worst service I've had here and I normally come here during the week and everything has been fine. Will never come here on a weekend again

   This is our new go to place for coffee and cakes in the evening especially on Saturdays. We tried chai latte and few other coffee or frappes , all were tasty. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. If it’s crowded, takes time to deliver but mostly quick service we got. They got drive through as well. Plenty of seating area and parking. You can sit as much as you want, and enjoy talking with friends and families. Worth visiting here.

   I visited Starbucks recently, excited to try their new Halloween drink options, which were indeed delicious. The Halloween-themed products on display were tempting, but what truly shocked me was the abysmal service provided by the staff. While waiting in line, my friend and I were rudely asked for our order. Midway through, the staff member named Marta abruptly walked away without any courtesy like "excuse me" or "apologies." It was incredibly off-putting and unprofessional. After finally placing our order, I moved to the waiting area, only to be greeted by an unfortunate incident. Eniko, one of the staff, dropped a large container of milk into the sink, splashing milk everywhere. To my disbelief, there was no apology or attempt to clean up the mess. It was met with a "oh well" attitude. This level of customer service is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. I have never encountered such a careless and apathetic attitude toward customers. I will not be returning to this Starbucks location and would recommend others to find a different Starbucks for their coffee needs. No one should have to endure such poor customer service.

   The usual Starbucks excellent coffee and various treats. Service was good. The place was cold and not so inviting, the parking is a positive aspect but would be good if staff know what is the time-limit for someone to stay parked. Cleanliness needs improvement.

   I was the first customer of the day and even at this early hour all the staff were happy and friendly. The place was, as you would expect, nice and clean. The coffee and bun were spot on. The tap in the toilets was loose but I tightened that for them. Lots of parking but with a height restriction so I cheekily parked in one of the adjacent stores car parks.

   Favourite Starbucks to visit! Popular with students and a good place to study / work with lots of plugs for laptop chargers etc. Staff are always friendly and service is great - drinks are always made well. There's lots of seating inside and outside, it can be quite busy but waiting for a seat doesn't usually take too long. Also, there's free parking !
