What an amazing gem of a place! Needed MOT urgently and they completed this within a few hours of enquiry. They also completed all the necessary work needed to ensure the vehicle passed MOT and completely transparent! Customer service was amazing from Hoz! Ordered a full set of tires through Blackcircles, and chose Winsford MOT Centre as the fitment garage. Booked in for Saturday 18-Oct. Being open on a Saturday is great as I am not always able to take off work during the week. This was my first time using this garage. Appointment was for 09:30am, arrived at 09:20am, booking process was smooth and efficient. They even advised of my upcoming MOT next month. Left the car, headed off to town for breakfast. At 10:30 am, I received a call to let me know they were done. The service was very fast and efficient. Went to collect, asked about the alignment and unfortunately, due to miscommunication, they had only done the tires and not the alignment. No bother, they got the car back on the lift straight away, offered me a coffee, and got the alignment sorted in a reasonable time. Issue happen, it's how you fix it that matters. I recommend this garage for tires and alignment. Excellent level of customer service, very quick and efficient.
Have been coming here regularly for the last few years. The guys have always been polite and helpful, even saving me money on a few occasion. Trust worthy place.

Got tyres and tracking done, very friendly and best cup of tea ( no inferior cup of tea here ) whilst I was there they even dropped a customer off home. Very personal service.

I was tempted to purchase a new car as I've had my Audi Q5 for 6 years now, but with all the uncertainty in the world right now I decided it'd be better to give my current car some TLC. I took it to the Audi centre for a service and they had some "urgent work" that needed attention. After collecting my car I was mortified to see a potential bill of 6k if I wanted to proceed. Once I'd picked my jaw off the floor I politely said I'd ask for a second opinion. I'd used Winsford MOT centre last year and had a great experience, so I headed back over to see them. Firstly the team they have working there are always really approachable and easy to chat to. It always feels like you're in good hands. Anyway, I asked if they'd take a look for me and they got me booked in ASAP. They went through each area I'd mentioned and they wanted to make their own assessment of the work. Once it was complete they explained each change that was needed and cost it all up for me. I was genuinely staggered, the work outlined plus some extras they'd spotted was saving me 4k! It was reassuring to go to a local mechanics where you feel in good hands. I asked if there was any chance they could look at getting the work done the same week. It was done the next day! They put two lads on the car and got me back on the road before my paternity leave runs out. Genuinely first class service. I'll be heading back to Winsford MOT next time there's any issues, that's for sure. A very grateful. Steve
