Come here weekly to grab a coffee and sometimes a cake. Love their drinks and especially their festive drinks, highly recommend their nutcracker hot chocolate, or the cholesterol fudge brownie iced frappe. Service is always good and staff are super friendly and welcoming.

I’m always welcomed here. I’m not a customer that goes in daily or even weekly but it’s rare that I have to tell them my order now as it’s always the same. It’s nice to see a familiar, friendly faces that you can have a rapport with. Unfortunately I don’t know all the names of the staff but Veronica is always helpful, kind and professional, has always gone above to assist me when she is working. In fact all the staff take their time to be welcoming, polite and professional. I have been to another local Costa and it’s a very different atmosphere and staff.

This 1* is for the OWNERS OF THIS STORE - A/C not working for so long you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing your staff to work in such temperatures and also let the customers suffer. Absolutely pathetic. There is also 1 rude blonde worker as someone else has mentioned.
Why can’t baristas understand the meaning of no tea pot stick it straight in a cup, every time they get it wrong doh! not rocket science. Customers moving the don’t sit here signs and grabbing tables before ordering, rude!
