   I am no big fan of chains as sometimes they tend to take the soul out of a business but the COSTA COFFEE in Harrow Wealdstone in my opinion has to be one of the nicest shops I have visited. Really kind and friendly staff members and very attentive, very clean and well looked after and presented interior. Keep up the great work team @COSTA Harrow Wealds (This review is based on beverage selection and service. Food could be improved)

   No wi-fi - they had a sign permanently on the wall saying they're getting it fixed...which doesn't seem to be the case. Only informed us of this after ordering, which shot our plans for working from there for a while. The coffee is always below average at Costa of course, the outdoor area is really depressing and full of bags of rubbish too. During this visit, the whole cafe smelled of burning food, and the furniture is absolutely disgusting, ripped, damaged, and stained. Avoid

   I visited on a Monday morning to “have a meeting with myself”. But unless you can zone out the screaming toddlers, this is not the place for you. If you have a toddler, it is :) it was nice to see the place was buzzing and busy at 9 in the morning. So it depends what you come for. A small cappuccino cost me £3.20 though. Seems a bit steep for this area.

   Two fantastic staff members made us two special coffees which were not on the board. It wasn't busy and they went out their way. It was quiet and peaceful too. Thank you!

   I have been coming to this Costa for a long time and everytime l come the staff are very rude they dont greet or say thank you or you welcome, whilst they serve me they speak in the own lanquage that is not even the biggest problem my 2 years old dropped her drink and l told one of the staff in a nice way she was rude and told me that l always do this with my children. How rude? The way they speak to customers totally not professional l have made a report to the head office because lt was not the first time that l experienced this behaviour with them and l was reading other reviews many people had the same problem. I would not recommend this place!
