I visited this place two days ago i was warmly welcomed by employee named priya with a amazing smile helped me to order and ankit processed order very smoothly the drink was amazing the people priya & ankit were amazing too. hope to see you again priya thankyou
One of the worst Starbucks I've visited – avoid this location I visited the Starbucks in Watford on a Sunday afternoon. Although it wasn't particularly busy, the place was in an appalling state. Tables were covered in empty cups, napkins were strewn across the floor, and not a single staff member seemed to care about cleaning up. The inside of the shop felt neglected and messy, and the outside seating area was just as bad – litter everywhere and overflowing ashtrays left untouched. However, the worst part was the toilet. The door was left wide open, so the smell was drifting into the main café area – completely off-putting when you're trying to enjoy a drink. Inside, the toilet was filthy: toilet paper on the floor, unclean surfaces – just absolutely disgusting. There was no excuse for the lack of cleanliness, especially given how quiet it was. A deeply disappointing experience and certainly not up to the standards you'd expect from Starbucks. I won’t be returning.
We were greeted warmly and with a big smile by a young lady called Victoria- she processed our order accurately, read it back, and then completed our order. The drinks arrived as expected, and again delivered over the counter with a wonderful smile - made my day. Thank you Victoria - hope to see you again here soon.
The Watford High Street Starbucks has become a daily stop for me, and it’s all thanks to the amazing team. Nelia, Alina, Het, Ankit, Sunny, and Kinu are incredibly friendly and helpful – their warm smiles and excellent service truly make this place special.
Staff was friendly, coffee was great. Place was quite messy( had 2 clear a table for myself). Prices were super expensive - paid £7.30, for 2 regular lattes.
It's very busy, no staff cleaning tables so had to sit at dirty table. No disabled toilets. Is this how it has to be now in todays society.
Less busy compared to the one in the shopping mall. And, this place has more seats than the inside one.
Worst Starbucks ever. Ordered some sandwiches+drinks but only drinks were delivered!!!!! Shop is unreachable and you couldn’t even find a way to complaint this!
Starbucks isn't a poor company but this cafe states otherwise. The coffee is okay but a little on the cheap and bitter side and the price however is too high. The seating is poor and the tables are ridiculously small. I ordered a hot croissant with butter and jam and received the croissant in a bag. I had to ask for a plate and a knife. The knife was wooden and complete rubbish, something for children. It couldn't even cut the croissant, it just tore it apart. Knife edge in pic. The music is intrusive and it was stuff like Frank Sinatra and similar. The unisex toilets do not have hanging hooks, the floor wasn't very clean and neither was the sink. The door did not have a handle to pull it closed, what a joke! The staff are nice and polite but there is much room for improvement. We will not be going again unless there's a refit/upgrade, etc.
