   In response to Ishani Dharmasiriwardena who claims the staff are rude and is going to their normal place, heriots, to order cakes in future, one begs the question why you didn't go there in the 1st place. Just looking for a problem with a kosher baker. I'm a regular, the staff are lovely and the products excellent. I've had produce from Heriots bought for me by friends and there's no comparison, La brioche wins hands down. Of course all these comments are subjective and do not necessarily reflect reality.

   First time visiting and enjoyed their perfectly baked bagels and the best cheese buns ever! Unfortunately, my first experience did not reflect other visits. They sell bagels of over a day old without warning...full price! Their fish balls (in Stanmore) are inedible. Overpowered by almonds...think that's what the taste is!

   Love their Bread! Happily go back and get that regularly. However their Chocolate croissant is over filled and under cooked from the inside and over cooked from the outside... Disappointed ☹️

   Excellent bakery that has never disappointed. They catered for a family party and went out of their way to make bespoke platters that met various dietary requirements and had everything ready for us early. All guests raved about the food. I can also highly recommend the sourdough. I won't hesitate to use them again.
