   I took my car to the service center and trusted them.The car was under warranty, they couldn't repair it because they couldn't determine what the exact fault was with the car, but they paid me the price, diagnostics, and other costs.We are talking about a 6 year old car, I received the car back with defects and unrepaired, they also killed my battery and they haven't even reinstalled the injectors properly.I've been taking my car to this service for 13 years but I'll never go there again.

   After making the mistake of choosing Halfords for an MOT, I put an emergency request in to my football group for a trustworthy local mechanics and I was extremely lucky to have been recommended to go to LC Automotives! Brilliant, trustworthy, great communication and more than a fair price. I will be taking my other car here next month for its MOT and I’m no longer dreading the process!

   Attention!!! My car was worked on weeks later than promised and it was still not fixed! Lady in the office lied a few times and then put the blame on me that we said something wrong where as it was clearly discussed with her with my partner in the office. The vehicle has a petrol engine and sounded like a diesel...we even cracked a joke about it for a second, then Michelle the administrator or something totally ignored our request and checked things on the car and "cleaned" parts, charged me £180 for this. The mechanics couldn't tell if they solved the problem they only did what they were asked to do. So there are robots there with no thoughts on their own, doing whatever she asks them to do so be really careful when you go to LC Automotives and make sure you do record the conversation because in the end she will come to you and lie in your face so that will make you look like you have memory problems and can't remember what you said in the office. Poor customer service, work was not done in time at all( took them 3 weeks to start works on the vehicle). Extremely regretted that I went there. Shouldn't have done it. Hope others will read this before they go and have their cars fixed...!!
