   I had a very disappointing experience at this Caffè Nero. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely explained the issue, the barista did not offer to remake it straight away. Instead, the same drink was put back into the machine and I was told it was still correct. When I said it was not what I had ordered and asked for a new one, I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful way, including being told that I was “talking nonsense.” What disappointed me most was not the drink mistake itself, but the attitude and lack of respect shown. Everyone makes mistakes, but customers should be listened to and treated professionally. I later contacted customer support, but the explanation provided did not reflect what actually happened, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this experience has seriously affected my view of Caffè Nero’s customer service.

   Today in Nero I had a great experience, despite the fact that it was busy and the staff behind the counter was making lots of coffee for customers, when I got to the counter to order and pay, my coffee was already served by the nice blonde Lady. Now that's what I call good customer service. I am getting my coffee from this Nero for a while now and i was impressd that she rembered what coffee I like and how I like it. You made my day better. Thank you

   There is a well-known Caffè Nero in Kingston because of its location, which is a cosy place in the heart of the town. The staff are friendly and have respectful behaviour.

   My favourite place in kingston to pop by for coffee! I've been meaning to drop a review but I forget. Really polite staff, beautiful coffee, bad reviews don't cut them slack when they persistently put their heart into the coffee with the amount of hard work they put in every shift. Which is why I'm giving my 5 stars for this place! Can't wait to visit for my next coffee!

   Coffee was fine, but unfortunately service felt incredibly stilted. Probably just busy, but I was waiting in the queue and when it reached my turn, I waited for the barista to finish what they were doing because they seemed occupied, and they eventually asked, "Well, what do you want?" which felt quite rude. Nonetheless, I ordered; they didn't say anything, started making it, and then just sort of shoved it over the counter and went to take someone else's order. Probably won't go back.

   nice atmosphere and quite busy but the mocha had heaps of chocolate powder at the bottom… and had to pay extra for oat milk. also the toilet was so gross
