   worst place ever. me and my friends came to revise and the cafe manager (vishal)was so controlling and loud and disruptive to me and other members of the public, serving the wrong food and blatantly shouted in my face for have my bag on the table.

   I came in today (27th June 2023 ) for some lunch and I had the smashed avocado on sourdough and a latte. The ladies that attended me were very friendly and helpful and they made my latte exactly how I wanted with only half a shot of coffee and I didn’t want the extra chilly flakes lime or rocket. Really great service and enjoyed the meal and coffee I will come come again.

   Very low cost but pretty decent food, don't expect fine dining or high end restaurant food and you won't be disappointed. Good British Cafe food with healthy options. The menu is well done as every dish has the calorie count next to the meal. Good if watching the waste line.

   Cook is an absolute waste of time. Asked for a bacon and egg sandwich with mushroom. And he handed me the sandwich. With a mushroom just thrown underneath. This then resorted in the sandwich being covered in black mushroom juice because it wasn't cooked properly either. And I found cheese in the underneath of the sandwich? Not very good if I were lactose intolerant? Wouldn't waste £4.10 for the most expensive sandwich I'd thrown away. Wish I had a refund or a decent breakfast to be honest.

   Been here about 4 times now and I must say that the food is horrible. The chef does a great job but it's just all frozen food and that poor man is on his own. I feel that he should have someone working alongside him. A month ago, I visited the Cafe and a young girl was working there and kept getting told off by a man who looked like the Manager. He was being very persistent, pushy and rude to her which made her look quite nervous. She served my husband and I food with a big smile. This rating is due to the frozen food and the management. New staff shouldn't have to be pushed around so heavily, they need TIME to adjust and get used to everything.
