I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was extremely poor and the staff was quite rude. Their prices are also unreasonably high. When I went to purchase an item, I mentioned the price listed for pickup on a delivery app, but the person told me he wouldn’t accept that and quoted a higher price instead. He even said he would cancel my order rather than honor the app price. Overall, very unprofessional and unpleasant service — I do not recommend them at all.

Went to Chaii & Spice with my sister and nephew today. The lady was lovely and our food was ready quite quickly. The atmosphere is calm and the board game tables are a nice touch. The food was well priced and had a homely feel, we especially enjoyed the papdi chaat and the karak chaii. Would definitely recommend coming here and supporting this family-owned restaurant.

I was looking for a place to have tea with my mum and we found the perfect spot. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to spend our afternoon. They even had a board game called Carrom, which made the experience even more fun. The staff was kind and attentive, and they offered us some tea as we were leaving. Overall, a delightful atmosphere, I would highly recommend it!

Very nice deco, good area, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very lacking, and minimal in portion size for the price (£15 for breakfast and tea) The sasauges are not your traditional breakfast ones, more like frankfurters, 1 small egg, and the parata where not very tasy at all sadly. Karak chair was good. The tables are very awkward and uncomfortable, mine along with 90% of them had no top on it, just the board game table with a dip. Quite uncomfy to eat of them to be honest. All in all, decent food, great location and setting. Lacking food unfortunately.

Be sure to try the aloo paratha, veggie omelette, and cheese omelette. The taste of these is incredible. And the romantic and peaceful atmosphere. For families. And it also has incredible prices compared to (chai chapati) and karakka chai....

It is an amazing cafe with a unique concept. The idea of the cafe is to encourage the customers to spend quality time rather than one engaged with their respective phones. They have this concept of indoor game- a carrom board which can be enjoyed along with snacks and beverages. The staff is too gentle and friendly. The ambiance of the outlet brings one at comfort easily. It is a place i would recommend one should visit to spend quality time.

Arrival experience - really nicely decorated chai place which was buzzing with all kinds of age groups enjoying their favourite chai and/or snack. Lovely Asian style lighting hits you with a warm ambience that reminds you of a calm experience that awaits you. The mandatory Instagram swing also awaits you (though my friend and I didn't want to test it's weight limit!) +1 star Menu - lots of options such as your favourite Karak to Kashmiri style "pink tea". The tea selection is fantastic and delicious and the authentic flavours are all there and then some. +1 star. There are a few desi style snacks which I didn't try as I didn't want to risk the heartburn! What could be improved here was more sugar-free options for the 40+ visitors that need to watch their...eh..hem...sugar intake. -1 star for lack of sugar-free drink options. Customer service - the key differentiator to any chai joint now as there are so many quality ones in London is service standard and staff friendliness. These guys top the list on both fronts and the staff are ultra-relaxed, friendly and generous. I'll be returning here because of the service experience and will be introducing my family to this place in the near future. +2 stars Keep up the great work and I look forward to my next ☕ soon!

I visited after lunch, walk in. They didn't have a few things available on the menu as they were waiting for a delivery. The Chai was good, defo worth trying. I had the Sheesh kebab paratha roll. It was a little dry could have done with more sauce and salad in the wrap, the lamb Sheesh tasted more like chicken than lamb. Not very spicy. The seasoning on the chips was very dusty. The decor is good, nice ambience. It is a bit stuffy in the cafe, could do with better ventilation. Few outdoor seats. But not the best view. Toilets are clean - 3 sinks, 1 toilet. Odd.

Most down to earth and friendliest owners ever. You have to try out the carrot cheesecake dessert. I stopped by for some breakfast a few weeks ago. I love the decor in this place. Be sure to check out the Selfie Swing.

The prices and portions are great. But the food itself and the cafe's / restaurant's seating is very cramped. You're often seated very close to other people and are sharing a table with others. It can be awkward when one party's food arrives. The noise also means you cannot talk to people in your group without shouting. I wish them all the best but I probably will not be returning.
