Sean and his team are brilliant! My beloved MG was suffering after being dinged front and rear in supermarket car parks (sadly revealing badly undertaen previous repairs from before I bought her) but now she's looking splendid! I am absolutely delighted with the results and the exceptional standard of work, olus, they're really lovely guys! First Class Motors is a gem and I am very happy to recommend with reservation. .

Great experience at First Class Motors when Sean did repairs on my vehicle following a bump and touched up some areas before the vehicle is due back at the end of its lease. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I had my car repaired by Sean and his team earlier this year after being hit in the side. They did a flawless job. After being rear ended, only 6 weeks later it was an obvious choice to use First Class Motors again. Another flawless job. Friendly service and I would highly recommend them.

Worst paint job I ever had on a car. Windscreen cracked on removal, had to pay for another (benefit of the doubt at the time), but not fitted back in properly. Welding was excellent, but its pointless having a good welder there when the paint job is as poor as what I got. When I collected my car, and I could see mini-disc sanding marks through the paint, so went back for it to be flat and polished. After a month, the same, so I went back again. Apparently, they couldn’t get the new paint to adhere over the top of the old paint - so they painted it with some filler primer in order to get the paint on. Six months after that, the paint surface started to crack, so I went back a third time, they said it was because the paint below had not cured properly, I asked them to remove all paint and do the job properly – they wanted to charge me £500! So I went away, accepting their crappy work. It turns out that their reason for cracks in the paint was a complete LIE, as it has since cracked over bare metal - and guess what happened after 2-3 years of water getting into the cracks? Rust in places corresponding to the cracks where there has never been before. Complete rubbish. I spent most of this week grinding off the rust and touching up the paint when I have got other things to do, but to fix it properly the windscreen needs to come out AGAIN. Accepted they made a mistake, but if your decorator, electrician, or any other trade makes a mistake they put it right, not give you some lie and send you away. Unfortunately most of the motor industry is like it, so now I have the same risk of getting another sub-standard job somewhere else. Very disappointed.
