   I have turbo issues with my amarok and booked it in for Wednesday for diagnostic work, originally I rang them for a price to fit a turbo and was told my diagnosis wasn't good enough and they would need to check it. Anyway it was dropped off at 08.30on Wednesday morning and I was expecting a call mid afternoon with a diagnosis of the problem and a quote for the repair, it didn't happen! I rang them around 15.00 and was told they hadn't completed the diagnosis ( hadn't started it more like) and they'd need it until tomorrow. They've had it all day today ( Thursday) and at no point did they ring me with a diagnosis and cost or even to say they need to keep it longer. Personally I suspect they take more vehicles in than they can work on and they just sit there, it's not professional to just hold onto a customers vehicle and do nothing with it. Another annoying thing is I have mobility issues and can't walk far so that's another reason why I need it back, I used them on recommendation but I don't think I'd use them again based on this experience. You need to keep the customer informed, not just leave it up to them to chase it up, all that does is annoy people.

   Had a recurring problem with engine warning indicator. My regular garage recommended Camco and although over 20 miles away, gave them a try. They were helpful, polite and very efficient. Resolved problem and it has not recurred todate (two weeks later). Therefore recommend Camco as a garage. The bill was also less than my regular garage had anticipated.

   My ECU from a Toyota MR2 (30 years old) was brought back to life within 2 days. I cannot not fault them for service, communication and price. I shall pop around in the car once all work is completed (after a local garage left my car in pieces trying to find the fault). Great job I cannot than you enough. Just updating review:- The ECU which was brought back to life by Camco 4 years ago is still working fine.

   Used Camco today to repair my Fiat 500's faulty instrument display and reset / reprogramme several warning lights. All now fine, all fault codes are now clear - and done in half a day. Would definitely recommend Camco.

   Car went in for what I think was an engine diagnostic not sure if that’s the right label for it but anyway car was over revving or cutting out took it in got it back was great then did it again? Camco had no issue taking it back to check why thankfully got it back that week and the over revving had stopped thank god as it was costing me a fortune lol, had no issues with getting it took back in to rectify to sort it as it was costing me in the long run, I wasn’t happy it had to go back because I had missed my car lol but to be fair they made sure it was sorted it was a seperate issue not the original one ☝️

   These guys are amazing. My Audi A1 had a multiple misfire which could not be properly identified or fixed by 2 other garages. My mechanic recommended Camco, and Bruce and the guys took great care and effort to properly locate the fault and then fit the correct replacement part. They kept me fully updated through the process, explaining the fault and what they were doing without being patronising. It was a big job but the price was not unreasonable for the work that was done. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage, they are experts.

   These guys got me back on the road in a few hours when my FRM module died. They were able to repair it in just a few hours. Everywhere else was a minimum of 24-48 hours! Great guys and years of experience.
