   This is one of our locals and convenient to get coffee from, even though we love the food and iced drinks here, the hot beverages are always scalding hot & burn me, and whether its my older mother, or my sisters or me that have ordered they all agree they serve the hot beverages scalding. If we ask for it to not be served as hot then the drinks get served very lukewarm. Other Neros, for example in Sutton or Cheam, serve the temperature as they should be and have never had issues. Please dont serve the hot beverages scalding hot.

   Conveniently located on Banstead High Street, all the usual that you're expect from a Caffe Nero, popped in for a quick lunch on a warm day for a refreshing lemonade and a hot chicken wrap.

   Terrible customer service. The manager was rude and unhelpful, refusing to make my coffee after I politely asked that the trainee be assisted. For such a simple and reasonable request, the dismissive attitude was shocking. I will not be returning.

   Awful chain that hasn’t paid tax in the UK for decades (google it!) … we are in the middle of a cost of living crises and every penny that is sent to shell companies overseas is a leakage to the UK economy and makes us all poorer - spend your money with locally owned, tax paying companies instead!

   Staff are super friendly. A special mention for James the manager and Mehmet who go above and beyond, great service, work really hard and remember your order. There is a variety of seating to suit your mood. It's lovely and clean and it's dog friendly and has a relaxed atmosphere.
