We run a local web design business called Indigo Marmoset and come here and meet our Banstead clients for our web design workshops. Love the coffee and cakes (so do our clients!) and it is the perfect venue for a quiet chat. we have a meeting planned for next week so looking forward to latte :)
This is a nice coffee shop in Banstead. Went at 11.00 and was surprisingly unbusy.

Popped in a for medium Latte, brilliant service in a good environment. Didn't have any food so only gave 3 stars for that
Just ordered a slice of cake from costa banstead and the barista cut me the thinnest slither of a slice! So tight and easiest waybto lose customers. £4.05!!!
We work at local nursery and sadly due to the snow we were with out power and heat , we went to costa to order hot drinks for the staff to help keep them warm until the heating came back on. We ordered £80 worth of food and drink and the staff were amazing and handled the order with ease we waited roughly 20 minutes for our order to be completed and they still had smiles on their faces. I can not begin to thank the girls enough for helping to make our day we appologise for the sudden large order but honestly couldnt fault the service at all , we will be going back again hopefully for a smaller order next time .
I found all the staff in this branch very friendly and polite and Elton is superb when it comes to customer service
Today, I had a nice stop-off at Costa Coffee before an appointment. With the sunshine pouring through the front window and onto my comfortable seat, I treated myself to a bacon bap, carrot cake, and a large latte. I made use of their free WiFi to watch a moving speech by President Zelensky to the UK Parliament. This was not planned, but I will remember it fondly and will happily visit again, hopefully on a sunny day.
Following a walk up Banstead High Street we decided on a couple of coffees, a Latte and cappuccino picked up at the counter and drunk at a table. Good atmosphere, nice staff, may try the food next time we visit
Victoria was very polite when making the order. It seems the staff there are under a lot of pressure due to lack of staff and how busy the place is.
