   Went to this Costa today as I was in the area which is not my usual Costa. . The coffee shop was packed with people waiting to be served and pay . While 2 members of staff at 4:20 pm were cleaning all the coffee Machines and the entire shop and they were very unwilling to serve coffees as they were hoping to be done with their shift by six and have all the cleaning done before head when the store closes at 6 pm. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes for the very rude guy that was cleaning the machine and try to put me off for ordering a single espresso, I kindly asked to be Served in a normal cup as I wanted to have my coffee in and sit down for a moment, but they refused and they said they can only serve a takeaway cups because the dishwasher is broken which was not true as five minutes before they said something else claiming that they only wanted to do takeaway cups because the coffee machine machines were being cleaned which makes no sense whatsoever The moral of the story is that the staff had no manners and the girl at the till was the only one trying to be helpful and was clearly embarrassed from the behaviour of their colleagues, as they were both cleaning and removing all the bins and the rest in order to send people out. I find it absolutely disgraceful that a coffe shop like Costa that closes at 6 pm, staff at 4:20 already cleaning all the coffee machine and all the cops and refusing to serve people and one people to leave as I didn’t want nobody to sit down. They just want to serve in takeaway cups possibly drinks that can be made without using the machines. Very unprofessional and low customer service. Extremely disappointed.

   Totally disappointed and disgusted by the attitude of the staff. I went with my son and two other people to have a coffee at Costa Wembley, and because my 3-year-old didn’t want to eat anything from Costa, we had a Happy Meal on the table from McDonald’s. All three of us ordered a coffee. One of the staff members named Maria came to tell us to put the food away because we were not allowed to eat it there. We’re talking about a 3-year-old child who only wanted the Happy Meal for the toy and wasn’t even eating the food. At the same time, there were three people outside smoking drugs without ordering anything from the café. During this visit, I took my child to the bathroom, which was extremely dirty and smelled absolutely awful. I also ordered a latte and received a cup full of foamy milk, even more foamy than a cappuccino. The staff are unfriendly, they never smile, and they look like someone is forcing them to work there or like they’re working for free. I do not recommend Costa Coffee Wembley Central because of the staff’s lack of empathy and respect.

   The customer toilet was Horrendous! The seat had urine on it and there was used toilet paper all over the floor. How can a business be charging so much for products/items yet they don’t have a clean restroom for their customer. It just shows that they aren’t truly valuing the customers experience. A mother and little daughter went in there and used it, the staff weren’t bothered at the unkept toilets. They did nothing to improve the conditions. It was as if this standard is just accepted. I had to go to another local business called Brent Council Centre on the high street (Near Creams Desserts parlor). Please improve the cleanliness of your toilets. Because it’s a disgrace. And it negatively impacted our lovely shopping experience.

   This is a clean place, always kept tidy and in check by the staff; always well-stocked, too. The team members are very polite, friendly, highly knowl3dgeable in what they do, and they make a great coffee, too. The downsides are that the place is rather small (seating 20 people at best) and the food is not that great -- this is standard for Costa, and it has nothing to do with this place itself. No parking spaces, yes toilets, yes accessible entrance. Always great for a cosy, albeit sometimes noisy, place to meet and grab a coffee.

   Staff were lovely but so poorly neglected the state of the toilet. Considering it was quiet at the time of our visit in the evening and they had time to talk and refill sugar sachets they should have taken care to clean and maintain the toilet. A code is needed to use the restroom so it’s not like anybody can simply walk in and abuse the facilities. This was the most disgusting toilet I’ve ever seen! I felt so sorry for any parents needing it for baby changing or disabled users who would have struggled to avoid the mess! Awful! We visited on the 19/01/2023

   When it comes to Costa it’s really hard to rate as coffe nearly taste the same everywhere I guess the 5 star rating is because it has plenty of indoor and out door seating arrangements and the service is fairly quick

   I went at the till today and I asked for a normal hot chocolate with no cream on top the guy at the till was very nice. The problem was the barista that make the hot chocolate. I did ask with no cream she put the cream after I told her was with no cream she went to the sink and take off the cream with the spoon and put extra chocolate after that I seen her I told her I asked you no cream she said back to me in a very rude tone that wasn’t cream after she just remove with the spoon. She was very arrogant and rude she supposed to apologies instead of argue and raise her voice. When blatantly she made a mistake and I have clearly tell her that I can’t have it any cream. If wasn’t that rude wasn’t no problem but I believe people like this should change job because people with intolerant can get sick. It’s a shame what happen today. If was 0 star I would rate as ZERO.

   I was very disappointed with the service, my mum came in to get a hot drink (she had the costa app and there’s a scheme that literally gives you a free drink) so she wanted to redeem it and the server/cashier didn’t even ask her properly and was accusing her of just asking for a ‘large drink’ because it’s free. It was extremely insulting as we normally do buy drinks from costa and the scheme literally is for customers to redeem a drink and my mum was talked to very rudely.

   Great friendly staff and good customer service. They are really good at moving the queue even with just 3 staff during busy hours. The coffee seems a little watery compared to other Costa I’ve been to and the lady was nice enough to redo it for me which is part of a good customer care.
