   Arrived- started ordering online. One of the staff came out to talk to what we presume were her friends who she had just brought some hot food out to- mid conversation she shouts at us from across 3 tables 'no hot food'. We're confused so we ask her if they're closed or if they've run out and she replies 'I'm not serving any hot food- I can't do it all'. No apology- we were just adding out bank details to pay for our hot meals. There was so signage to notify us of this before we chose a table, sat comfy and started choosing the food and on top of that the lady was rude for no reason? Bit of a joke considering she'd just brought out hot food to another table.

   Food was wrong, which I understand happens, but took it up to ask them to correct it and they said I'd ordered the wrong thing. Showed them I hadn't and they reluctantly took my food away to correct it, then took 5 times longer than they did to cook the thing to fix it, at which point the main part of the food was cold. Normally love Morrisons cafe but wouldn't bother coming here again.

   Not enough staff.. first time visited... place had an air of couldn't care less. We had soup..should be roll were not informed no rolls until our soup was placed down and told no rolls so gave you a slice of bread snd butter.well couldn't have given cheaper bread if tried...was horrid.considering it's a supermarket..surely you could buy rolls there if desperate. Bit also would have opted for something else if knew we were getting a nasty piece of white bread.

   Closes at 6 but doesn’t serve hot food after 5:20? Rediculous. So unhappy just wanted some cheep hot food

   My sister ordered chicken tikka meal, it tasted like the cheap tasteless ready meal the store sells in the fridges for about £1, yet got charged £5.95! Came out without the naan bread, when received it, was rockhard but about the only thing actually heated through, we use to come here all the time with our nan and loved it here, now tho we shall not be making a return.

   Minus points: I prefer the coffee in Costa. And I don't understand the screen for ordering.... automation, boo. Plus points: This Morrisons is convenient for me on some Wednesdays. The café is large enough to find seats uncrowded even at lunchtime. Parking is easy. The staff when they do come to the till are easy going and sensible and helpful.
