Terrible experience. Awful service, staff don’t know what they’re doing and can’t even prepare the drink properly. Took 10 minutes for one drink. Avoid
Worst service of any starbucks ever!! Made me the wrong size of my drink and said ‘oh we just put it in a different sized cup but it’s the same amount’ - for the record I ordered a venti and they gave me a tall drink. I think it’s fair enough to ask for the size I payed extra for!! They mixed up the whole stores orders. Train your employees better.
The service here from the manager was fine, but the workers are so rude. The only nice one is this girl that works who actually makes the drinks the way they are supposed to be. Everytime i go in, either me or my friend get given the wrong order. The past 4 iced drinks my friend has had have been disgustingly watery. Considering the price of these drinks, the workers should be putting in some more effort into their making. Additionally, one of the boys scoffed at my friend for politely stating that shes been given the wrong order. I think your team need to restart their learning and actually learn how to make coffees. Its scamming at its best.
Today, as I usually do, I placed a Tall Oat Flat White order through the mobile app. However, what I received was a small cup with an espresso and an excessive amount of foam added with a spoon. This is not the first time this has happened I have previously returned my coffee for the same reason. When choosing a brand known for quality coffee, I expect my order to be prepared correctly and with care. However, it seems that when the manager is not present, the coffee is not made to standard. Given that I can make a much better coffee at home, I don’t think I should have to tolerate this level of inconsistency. I kindly request that this issue be addressed and that staff be reminded of the proper way to prepare drinks. Best regards
Hello I am a regular customer and having my breakfast almost 5 days a week with Starbucks. Most of your staffs are wonderful. However today 26.01.24 i ordered one latte and one ice latte to go. But the girl who made the latte was looking upset, grumpy. I waited for 15 mins and i went to ask for my order. Zero customer care, bad latte.
I will start by saying that I am a coffee lover and this Starbucks in probably one of the best. The coffee is always amazing and the staff are just the best. Little to say that my dog loves it as well and it became part of our morning routine to stop and have well deserved coffee and papuccino.
In need of refurbishment, not a relaxing environment. With 5 staff behind the counter ignoring me, nearly walked out. Then a sharp only large cups is that ok, no I said would like regular size to have in which was available. Coffee nice hence 3 stars, won’t return by choice though!
Starbucks was busy but clean. Coffee was the right order and the staff were friendly. There was the usual strong coffee smell and beautiful music. It was lovely and warm inside . I could've stayed all day. My husband got the pretzel hot chocolate,I'd reccomend it.
Don't bother with this branch anymore. Staff consistently rude. Got an apology voucher and staff even interrogated me over it. Miss my frappucinos so when I see a Starbucks elsewhere I will pop in. A shame the Borehamwood branch is really a discredit to the company. The fact they are constantly advertising for staff shows the high turnover ... there is obviously an underlying issue in this branch.
This is genuinely the worst Starbucks I have been too.. inside was filthy, dirty on the tables and up the walls. The floor was disgusting with stains and crumbs and also did not smell clean in there. There is a big advisement behind the till of spice pumpkin latte on TV screen.. however they run our of it. Hardly any drinks available. My mum had to speak to the manageress as she was shocked how filthy and dirty the place is and the manager was not interested at all and started laughing.. her excuse was there is not enough staff in however we saw 6 girls hurdled up together talking in a circle behind the tea. The only positive is 2 of the girls did clean up when my mum spoke. To the manager but it all lasted no more than 5 minutes and it still looked dirty. Don't go there avoid at all costs
