   Great soft play to have on my door step! Staff are friendly,serve food,hot drinks,cake,snacks and good choice of drinks.not to pricey Very clean,soft play is a decent size,slides are great. Negative is the baby section could do with more,not much to do and have to pay £5 for any child any age and a bit more in the holidays. Deffo good for a rainy day!

   Great soft play with plenty of drink and sweet treat options from the cafe! We prefer to visit for morning play times, as it can sometimes be a bit messy and dusty later on in the day.

   Love Planet play I'm utterly gutted the cafe at the soft play/leisure centre is closing due to the lack of managing by the council. This cafe is always sooooo busy and with homemade cakes made daily it was fantastic for adults and kids!!!! The staff were fantastic and friendly. Soft play is clean and there 3 different areas which creates a lot of imaginative play for kids. Baby/toddler section, climbing section and all rounder section great from congident walkers plus... it's not the biggest but we are lucky enough to go back weekly at £3.50 per 2 hour sessions weekdays it's perfect for us

   The SEN sessions here are great for my children. I've got to be honest though I love the latte and food options at the cafe. It's safe enough for the kids to play whilst I indulge in something yummy. The kids love the milkshake. The play area itself is safe and accommodates all their needs

   Positives- very clean and 2 brilliant big slides. Negatives- tiny area, 1 toilet, staff not very friendly rolled eyes and moaned because I ordered a milkshake and apparently them having to keep bending down and getting milk out of the fridge was annoying. None of the staff seemed to care or want to be there. Last the toddler/ baby section is essentially a padded cell with a few soft things in that don't do anything. Oo and a mirror. Safe to say my 2 year old was bored after 30 seconds in there. Attended 2 parties there. Food is decent that is provided with the party.

   Attended for a birthday party. It is nice and new and shiny. However disappointing no fuss made over the birthday child when they brought the food or cake out, also no specific party room. Other soft plays play the happy birthday song and are more decorated. It was more expensive than other local soft plays too for the party.

   Great soft play for the little ones. Went here for a birthday party and had a brilliant time. Equipment is very clean, well looked after and obviously very new. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Clean toilets. Overall highly recommend. Remember to park in multi story opposite and get two hours free!

   Fantastic! Being a new facility everything worked, it was clean, and didn't smell of wee! There was a good range of food on offer and seemed good quality. Something that was really nice to see was that the staff seemed really happy in their work there, made for a nice atmosphere. Will be using it regularly!
