The staff are friendly and orders served very quick, when Wilma, Madalina and Anna are serving, they always greet customers with smile and make them welcome. they know their customers by name. Keep up the good work.
I've been coming to the Starbucks at the Village Hotel for many years and the service has always been fabulous! Wilma and Madalina are there every day with big smiles on their faces and are so friendly. A great start to my day. Thank you ladies!
Having worked out of the Village hotel for a while now I come to Starbucks regularly. Wilma and Eva always make the best coffees for me and do it always with a smile on their faces! The service is fabulous and they make me feel very welcome when i come in.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience at the cafe I’ve been served by Maria and honestly I’ve been treated so kindly and she gave me her best costumer service I’ve seen in a while, she must really love her job and she’s brilliant at it! I will be going there more often for sure .
PERSONAL STAFF HYGIENE PROBLEMS!! So queueing for a coffee for a friend going through chemo & the barista decides to sneeze into her hands, proceeds to wipe her nose with her thumb & fore finger, rubs her hands together then continues to take orders. I told her she should’ve washed her hands. She looked at me like I had just insulted her. Decided I didn’t want the coffee after all & left.
Amazing service & very accommodating! Came here to do some work for 4hours. They didn’t bother me at all. The ambiance was amazing & very clean environment.. I definitely will be visiting again. Thank you to all the staff working during this pandemic. You guys are doing an amazing job & keeping all your customers happy. 10/10 recommended
