   The staff at the counter were nice and friendly, and there is a good selection. We had tea and coffee. The café is open several days a week and the products still always look appealing at the counter. There is internet connection with a relatively okay quality and the front has quite large windows for natural light. However, despite Costa’s classic appearances you might also get the feeling that the whole concept is a bit outdated and could do with some modernisation and renovation to remain competitive. For instance, the backside of the cafe has extremely poor air quality which makes a stay unpleasant.

   I want to give a special thank-you to Cyrielle and Laxmi at Costa Coffee in Morden. They consistently provide excellent customer service, and their kindness really makes a difference. The quality of the food and drinks is always very good, and they take great care to ensure everything is prepared perfectly. Both Cyrielle and Laxmi are friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they always make the atmosphere warm and pleasant. I really appreciate the effort they put into their work and how well they look after their customers. Highly recommend this Costa — thank you both for making every visit such a positive experience!

   Went here on Tuesday early evening with my wife , we asked for two mint fusion Tea’s and a Lemon Drizzle slice .. however the young lady at the till hardly spoke no hello she just typed the items in and said nothing!!! No Hello No “Do you have a Costa card” No spoken price such that’s £8:30 for example so I said how much is that please and her stern words were it’s shown on the screen So I said- you can say hello You can’t smile You can’t tell me the price!! I think she was just having a bad day or week I hope she will be ok Her team leader apologised for the incident I was quite disappointed actually and embarrassed for the team leader To add to it that young lady took our money for all 3 items but did not give us the Lemon Drizzle slice Her team leader was again a little embarrassed and supplied us the Lemon Drizzle slice

   Because a plain latte or cappuccino is never good at this particular Costa, I have to order a mocha to get my caffeine fix while the choc masks the taste of the poorly brewed coffee. Today my mocha tastes neither like a mocha, nor a coffee, nor a hot chocolate - maybe the milk is off? Please retrain the baristas because the coffee from here is consistently the worst I’ve ever had from any Costa. If I had the time I would have gone back, given feedback in person, and asked them to remake my mocha.

   It’s a Costa, but this one was clean and quiet on a Saturday morning. The staff were nice, the coffee was good, the seating area at the back is good for studying in peace. Except the food is terrible, as in any other Costa.

   This costa is just like an average costa but it is a franchise. They have a good selection of sandwiches and drinks if you come before 2pm. They have many seats but the shop is very noisy and parking is not great as it is on a busy high street.

   Nice place. It has a separate room in the back and a terrace with 5 tables. The reason for the 4 stars was that only one member of staff served us. She was really nice and did not lose any time but the management has to stop being stingy with staff in a place where the coffee costs over 3 pounds.
