Lots of different rooms overlooking the park as well as outdoor seating. Good place to grab a tea or coffee with some great view overlooking Kingston. You can also grab some food such as soups and fish and chips, just watch out for the birds as they swoop down and try and steal your lunch.

The easiest place to recommend for lunch and cream teas in London - the servers are excellent, the hot food and sandwiches are always spot on and I defy anyone to find fault in the old-school cream tea: self-serve cream and jam and excellent scones. Add to that the view, the historic interiors, the patio and terrace, and the setting in the Deer Park, and it all adds up to a fine café for any occasion.

the views from the cafe are beautiful and very peaceful! the prices were reasonable and there was plenty of seating so we were able to sit outside and take in the view in the lovely weather! the cake was delicious and service was fast. it is only a short walk from the nearby car park and is close to King Henry's Mound! will definitely be returning. :)

Beautiful Views and Gardens, Perfect for Cream Tea Pembroke Lodge, nestled in the heart of Richmond Park, offers some of the most breathtaking views—stretching as far as the eye can see toward the city skyline. The surrounding gardens are a delight, with a charming mix of flowers and plants, plus gentle walking paths for a peaceful stroll. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a cream tea, especially on a clear day. (If you sit outside - do keep an eye out for the resident wasps and pigeons—they like the cream too!) While the rest of the food is fairly average, the setting more than makes up for it. Sitting outside the café is especially relaxing and makes the visit well worth it.

I only went once, yet it’s my favourite memory of my trip to London. I went with my mom and my father’s aunt, the park was beautiful and the food was great. The atmosphere is simply perfect, I can’t wait to go again.

Customer service here doesn't exist. Visited today for the first time. I walked up to the counter and was completely ignored as the six staff inside looked at me and continued their conversation for a couple of minutes. When they were done with their conversation, one of them came over and stood behind the counter. As it was close to closing time and the staff didn't seem to be interested in serving us, I asked if they were still open. I was given a rude "uhh, yeah?" as a response. I ordered two lattes, which was a visible inconvenience to the teenage gathering inside the kitchen having a conversation. "I'm allowed to give bad customer service. I'm Aspergers" 'jokes' the one serving us with his colleagues. After quite a wait, two coffees were thrust towards us. No lids on the cups. When we asked for a lid, he pointed at a pile of lids on the counter and told us to help ourselves. Overall, the coffee was good, but the staff inside lacked any interest in customer service and seemed to be more interested in joking around with each other and ignoring people waiting to order.

Nice little kiosk and seating area right near a car park in Richmond. Good to pop into for a quick coffee, snack or ice cream (depending on the weather). There is a lot of seating, so good for a rest too, if you've been walking a lot. Queues can be quite long, but that's not their fault as they deal with everything as quickly as possible.

Lovely place for lunch or afternoon tea. It has a canteen style service, offering hot food and cakes. Scones were lovely and great views too!

I like my scones to slice cleanly and stay in one piece while applying butter, jam and cream. Disappointingly, the Lodge's scones are usually too 'short' and crumbly, to the extent that buttering them is difficult. Having given up, I now enjoy a slice of cake with my pot of tea. Much more civilised.

The Ice cream is okay and a bit pricey. The coffee is good. There's a pic nic area with tables right next to the café.
